Fred Barrett & Son was established in 1908 and continues to be a family run company - now in our fourth generation!

We are specialist letting and sales agents, dealing with tenancies, leaseholds and freeholds within the licensing trade. Although widely acknowledged as a 'Home Counties' company, regular assignments include East Anglia, the Midlands, London and surrounding areas.

We are members of both the National Association and also the Midland Counties Association of Licensed Property Valuers.

After 100 successful years of trading in Luton, in 2008 we decided to move location to the lovely Georgian town of Ampthill in Bedfordshire.
